The National SMSC Quality Mark

Young Citizens has worked with experts in the field to create a Self-Review Tool to help your school implement your vision and improve your delivery of pupils’ SMSC development. This tool helps to determine if you are educating your children to be the best versions of themselves.

Once schools have completed the Self Review Tool they will need to have this and their provision verified in order to be awarded the Quality Mark. The verifier’s role is primarily one of affirmation, to support the school’s own reflections. The verification visit provides an independent, expert triangulation of the self-review and ensures that the school's self-review is in line with national guidance and with other schools across the country. Schools will also be presented with a detailed report, certificate and are entitled to use the logo on their website, documentation and other materials for a period of three years.

As a thank you for purchasing the course 'Making Sense of SMSC' we are offering you a 25% discount on the SMSC Quality Mark Self-Review Tool. Use the code: SMSCONLINE when purchasing.
