Free Introduction to Social Action for Primary Teachers

Youth social action is young people taking practical action in the service of others to create positive change. Taking part in social action helps pupils to develop their character and helps to embed SMSC learning. It is mentioned specifically in character education and Ofsted are keen to see meaningful social action in schools covering all ages.

To introduce you to leading a social action project in primary schools Young Citizens have developed a free online course. Like this, it is CPD certified can be done at your own pace.
